Aluminic container coating

The pre-treatment of cans is very important. Improper cleaning can lead to quality complaints. A special nozzle insert is used to increase wear resistance.

Wasing and rinsing of conserve and bottle

Each bottle and container can be washed and rinsed properly. It is important that the nozzle parameters are chosen in accordance with the dimensions of the product to be washed.

For these applications, narrow spray angle cone nozzles are usually used.

For sterilisation of mineral water bottles, a pneumatic nozzle is used.

Food coating

Chocolate, eggs, sugar variations, food colouring and other cases, flavours and colours need to be sprayed onto the product while reducing loss.

For this we recommend the PA automatic spray gun.
