There are many different types of pumps that can be repaired but not all of them are equally successful. The most fortunate are centrifugal pumps, but the same can be said for high pressure plunger pumps. For centrifugal pumps it is common to replace the mechanical seal and counter face, which is not a problem, even if we replace the mechanical seal with an aftermarket seal (after consultation with the customer) rather than a factory one. If the original factory parts are no longer usable for the repair we can manufacture these parts.
In the case of air-operated diaphragm pumps the replacement of wear parts (diaphragms, valves, valve balls, seals) can be carried out without any problems, but in many cases more complex repairs and refurbishments are not economical.
Even in the case of diaphragm metering pumps, replacement of wear parts can be carried out without any problems, and further refurbishment must be considered on a case-by-case basis.
In the case of motor-driven pumps, the motor and the pump shaft can also be adjusted.
