In our workshop, it is now possible to test high pressure piston and plunger pumps.
With using a 20 kW motor with frequency converter and with belt drive, we can fulfill pressure tests and we can test triplex high-pressure ceramic piston pumps on a unique test bench.
We can undertake brand-independent testing of these pumps and can also assist with their refurbishment.
Applications include car washes, truck washers, tank washers and humidification.
After the repair, our work is of course guaranteed for 2500 hours of operation under proper use, excluding wear parts.
We also undertake a pressure test of the pump only. This may be necessary for pressure test pumps or for high pressure piston pumps for air humidification systems, typically Marioff or Hi-fog systems.
