Type: Spray guns
Description: Electro-pneumatic spray gun for medium and high viscosity adhesive fluids, with micrometric adjustment, driven by a double-acting piston. The nozzle body is equipped with a PTFE-coated  with a tungsten carbide needle and a stainless steel nozzle. The micrometric adjustment allows fine adjustment of the amount of adhesive.

Type: Electromagnetic guns
Description: Electromagnetic guns are designed to dispense glue or other liquid at high frequencies. These are very versatile, a perfect choice for spraying a low or medium viscosity adhesive or liquid. The biggest advantage of these heads is the very high operating frequency, the creation of a dotted or linear spray pattern without contact, with precision. These types do not require air to operate and their quality provides our partners with a long, maintenance-free operation. It is currently the most advanced technical solution for adhesive dosing.

Type: Electropneumatic nozzles
Description: Electropneumatic guns are suitable for dispensing liquids and adhesives of any viscosity. It is characterized by its strength, small size and variety. It can be supplied with different types of nozzles, thus meeting the needs of different applications. The dispenser is accurate, continuous and reliable, thus providing the required amount of fluid.

Dosing

Some versions are assembled with a fine-grained stainless steel filter that has the dual function of reducing pump pulsation and filtering out any contaminants in the contaminated fluid.

The pump can be equipped with a level control float (optional) to indicate the minimum liquid level in the bucket.

Type: Diaphragm pump dosing
Description: Diaphragm pump dosing is particularly suitable for transporting low viscosity adhesives and fluids. The pump is mounted on the lid of a plastic bucket, so it can be easily removed, it makes it easier to change the adhesive, cleaning and maintenance. The pump is equipped with a bottom valve that prevents liquid from escaping from the suction pipe when the bucket is replaced. The adhesive dosing units are equipped with a stainless steel adhesive filter which is mounted on the suction pipe of the pump. This allows the liquid to be pre-filtered, preventing suction from possible lumps.

Type: Piston pump dosing
Description: Adhesive supply units with a piston pump are used in particular for the transport of medium-viscosity adhesives and liquids. The pneumatic piston pump has a ratio of 5: 1. The piston pump can be mounted on a wall bracket (optional) or on a stand (optional). The bucket containing the liquid is connected to the piston pump by a flexible reinforced tube. Checking and filling the bucket is easy by the hinged flap on the bucket lid. 

Pressure vessel

Pressure vessels are used to transport particularly low viscosity adhesives and fluids. They are made of stainless steel.

The wide opening allows the tank to be easily filled. The maximum operating pressure is 3 bar. The capacity of the tank is 9 or 18 liters. A fine-grained stainless steel filter can be fitted to the outlet to filter out any contaminants in the liquid.

Type: LDG pressure vessel
Description: The pressure vessels are made entirely of stainless steel. The maximum operating pressure is 6 bar. The capacity of the tank is 1-42.5 liters. Equipped with pressure regulator, pressure gauge, inlet / outlet ball valves and safety valve. The tank lid is completely removable, allowing the tank to be inspected and filled. It can be equipped with a fine-grained stainless steel filter at the outlet to filter out any contaminants in the liquid. All models are CE certified.

Description: The pressure vessels are made entirely of stainless steel. The maximum operating pressure is 6 bar. The capacity of the tank is 1-42.5 liters.
